Your tour manager or rep will be at check-in for around three hours before you are due to fly. They will help you check in and will be able to help arrange a place for the group to meet up.

I was hoping to meet up with the group for the above holiday in the Executive Lounge as is usually the case on JY holidays.

As this has facility now been cancelled can you tell me where the Tour Manager or rep will be at the airport and at what time or will this information be with our final documentation.

I am not familiar with Terminal 5 and am quite worried about finding my way around.
