I can understand Debbie's concern, As for the very first time,since I started travelling with Just You. I have not been so dispappointed in a brochure from Just You, until the latest Christmas one.. Lets hope the early 2011 will be out soon. As I will not be travelling with you this Christmas

I'm sorry you were disappointed that the holiday you wanted to go on wasn't in the new brochure. We do like to make a few changes every year to keep a good mix of old favourites and exciting new options. I hope you will have another look and find something in there to inspire you.

I'm not sure what happened with the letter you were sent with the brochure. Perhaps you received a Travelsphere brochure too and the letters were mixed up? The number to call is the one in the brochure - 0844 567 9914.

All the holidays in the brochure are now live on the website so you should be able to find the ones that interest you there as well now.

I received the new justyou Christmas brochure today and before I ask my question I must say how disapointing the choices of holidays are this year, you have cut out so many, the holiday I particularly wanted to do no longer is available,such a shame.

Anyway..... My brochure has the just you logo but the letter that came with it has Travelsphere on it & a completely different telephone number, which number should I ring to book? as it wont even recognise the code for the holiday I want to book on your website!
