One of the many good reasons to book with us is that we will go out of our way to help you if unexpected events make it necessary to change your holiday arrangements. If strikes or volcanic ash mean your original departure date is impossible, we will offer a full refund or a range of alternative holidays. If you are away when the problems begin, we will cover the cost of extra meals and accommodation until we can get you home again. During the recent ash crisis we arranged coach travel home from around Europe and even used our company cruise ship to bring people back from Spain and Portugal. So rest assured, we will do everything we can to minimise the disruption to your holiday.

I am of to Adalucia sept 1st.What cover have I if my holiday is delayed or cancelled due to iether of the above? I have'nt yet payed my full fee, it's due 20thJune, and I will pay by credit card, I know this protects me plus ATOL.But I am concerened about extra accomodation if delays at iether end of the journey should occur.
