Don't apologise - i'm here to help! Sorry you're still having difficulties.

Here are some instructions as to how to upload photos:

Within the 'Holiday Snaps' section, select 'Create you own album'. The next screen you see is the upload screen. Browse and select the image that you want to upload, type a title, caption, and select which of your tours you want to assign the photo to. Choose whether you want your photos to be viewable by everyone on the Community, registered users, or just yourself. Select which album you want the photo assigned to, or if you need to add a new album, click 'edit albums' to add a new one. If you are adding a new album, once you have filled in these details, click 'return to album maintenance' and this will take you back to the upload screen. Due to a technical error, unfortunately the information you previously entered - title, caption, and the selection of the photos you wish to upload will have been wiped by adding this new album, so you'll have to fill these details in again - we're currently getting this fixed! Once you're happy all the information is correct on the upload screen, tick the 'I understand that once submitted......' disclaimer, and then click the 'upload' button on the bottom left. Then hopefully a message should appear in the bottom right of the screen, with a thumbnail of the photo saying 'image uploaded successfully'. If you have more photos to upload, click 'upload another' and repeat the process.

Sorry to be such a nuisance, but I still can't upload any photos. I think I must be doing something wrong. Are there any instructions anywhere on the website?

The technical error with uploading photos is now fixed. I've tested it myself and was able to upload some photos successfully so have another go.

Hi Megan,

I've just tried adding some photos of my own and it would appear i'm getting the same error as you. It seems to be a technical error with the upload function, rather than it being specific to your account. I will look into this now, and will get our IT department to fix it.

I will post you a new message tomorrow when this is all fixed. Many thanks for pointing this out, and i'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Cheryl

Thanks for that, but I'm afraid I'm still having problems.

I've logged into my account, browsed to find my photo, added a title, chosen my tour, checked the little box and then clicked on upload. It appears to do something but nothing happens, help! Please!

Hi Cheryl I'd like to add some photos of my fantastic trip to New Zealand last November. I've been into my account but can't seem to add this tour to 'My Tours'. I have tried several times but am getting nowhere. Can you help? Thanks
