You need to send in your passport to us to arrive here by Wednesday or Thursday , then we should still be able to get you on group visa. Please make sure you state your booking number when sending. I will advise the Visa team to send you out a Group Visa information pack in the meantime. I hope this is ok and if I can help with anything else, please let me know.
