I believe this applies to all Visa applications, however I do not have the facilities to deal with personal booking information so I think the best thing to do would be to call our customer services department on 0870 252 8111. They will be able to inform you exactly how this process works.

Cheryl, does this apply to China as well? Will you also need my passport? I have supplied my passport number but didn't realise you need the passport too.

Have you informed Just You that you want us to obtain the visa for you?

We will send you all of the information and application forms that you will need. We will require your passport as part of the application process, so your passport will need to be sent to us along with these papers.

If you have recieved your confirmation without the visa application, ring our customer services department on 0870 252 8111, just to check that these are in the pipeline.

I have a query regarding the visa required for Moscow, I believe I have to send my passport to you when I receive details of visa application is this correct and when will this be?
