I am going 29th Sept 2010 not same date as yourself, but have a lovely time and let me know all about it when you get back ????

Regards Rosemary

Hi Anita

I am also going on the same trip and have this week had Diptheria and Typhoid injection, next week I am having my Yellow Fever you will need to have this because you have to take a Certificate as proof to Kenya. It is costing £50 and then they want £77.70 for Malaria Tablets and then a visa it's well expensive this holiday. You need to search online for the tablets my doctor recommended "Malarone" and wanted £3.70 each but you can get them on line for £2.25 and will need 21 take them 2 days before you go 12 days holiday and 1 week when you return. If you buy them online you have to purchase a private prescription to get them which yes you guessed costs £10,but I got a saving of about £20 by buying them online. If you want the website let me know !!!

Happy Holidays Regards Rosemary

Hi Anita

I would have a word with your GP about any medical questions, as they will know a lot more about it than me!

As a guide, the following website is quite useful, but your doctor will also know about your medical history too.

Hi Olly

Thanks for that information,I forgot to ask do you need to be vaccinated for yellow fever for Kenya and do you need to take malaria tablets?

Many Thanks

Anita

Hi Anita

It's generally cheaper to book your connecting flights through us as we have negotiated special rates with the airlines. Unfortunately, I don't believe that we offer connecting flights on our Kenya holidays so you will need to make your own arrangements for getting to Heathrow this time.

I had a quick look at BMI's website and at the time you are travelling they are offering flights for about £65 (£25 to Heathrow and £40 back to Belfast). But I would shop around a bit for the best deal.

Kind regards,

Hi Olly

I am travelling from belfast to heathrow on 20th Sept for the kenya all inclusive. Can you tell me if its cheaper to book a flight independantly to heathrow or is it cheaper to book it through yourselves?
