Claire responded to my Friday email today & said she would send the docs special delivery today so I should receive tomorrow. It'll be too late on Wednesday!
I've requested for these details to be sent to you today so hopefully these will arrive tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest.
However, don't worry if they don't - your airport rep may be able to give you a copy of the holiday handbook, and I have double checked that your insurance is in place.
I'm sorry that these documents didn't arrive at the right time but I'm sure it won't make your trip any less enjoyable.

I have now called and spoken to staff twice plus emailed (1st email to customer service took 1 week to get an answer on! & not heard yet from message on Friday) but I still haven't received my insurance details or a holiday handbook. Do you know if this is in the post to me to receive tomorrow as I fly on Wednesday and really would like all the documents that the final holiday information says I should have received. Unfortunately the staff I spoke with seemed rather unconcerned and said I didn't really need it, but its my first time with Just You and I'm now feeling a little anxious.
