I was on the NZ tour 18/10 and can inform Pauline that there are coin operated launderette facilities in the Queenstown hotel which you reach on day 11.

There are currently 18 people booked on the 24/01/2008 New Zealand tour, so there are only a few spaces left!

The average price of a main meal will be between £6 and £12, with a glass of wine around £2.00

In their summer a light jacket or sweater should be included in your luggage should the weather turn cooler or you visit the high country. You can expect some rain, so include a light waterproof jacket or coat. I would also recommend a pair of comfartable walking shoes.
