I have done the "get up and go" version of this holiday. If you are a reasonable walker the first three walks are comfortable. The Sisol Mountain was Cancelled, but the tour manager described it a "challenge". I Would recommend hiking trainers for all walks.

If you do not fancy the walk the sea will be 70 degrees + in September

All our walks require a reasonable level of fitness. Our grading system is a guideline, based on time spent walking and the degree of ascent. Grade 2 are moderate walks, for anyone who is comfortable walking up hills. There will be lots of time to rest and enjoy the fabulous scenery however you may walk for up to five hours on slightly more rugged terrain. Ascent is less than 500m per day.

Grade 3 are described as quite strenuous for the more accomplished hill walker. There will be a larger number of continuous stretches of trekking totalling about 5 hours a day, often in mountainous terrain where paths can be steep. Ascent can be up to 1000m per day.

As the walks on your chosen holiday are grades 2/3 this means some days walks will be at grade 2 and others at grade 3. As long as you're relatively fit you should be fine however if you have any health concerns contact your gp. Hope this has shed a little more light on things for you. Don't hestitate to contact me with any more queries.
