There's nothing to worry about with your insurance. Your proof of insurance will be on your invoice and, as you say, the insurance policy number will be the same as your holiday booking reference number. Your tour manager will have full details of your insurance while you are away.

If you want to check on the cover you have, you can find the information in the back of your brochure or on this website. Click on the 'essential information' tab on your tour to find it.

Can you please advise me on a query regarding my travel insurance (taken out with yourselves)? I haven't received any insurance documents. When I spoke to customer services, they told me that the tour manager would have a copy of the details. The reference would be the same as my holiday booking (A038180). Can you please confirm this is the case? I'm a little nervous about not having proof of insurance, especially travelling to the US.

So far 31 people have booked this tour and there are still a few places left, so please don't worry about it not going ahead. Very occasionally low numbers mean we have to rethink a tour, but that certainly won't happen in this case.
