Hi Julesy

https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov . Use this and you won't have to pay anything. However, the US authorities are going to start charging $14 for this service on 8 September, so it's well worth doing before then.

Your hotel in San Francisco is the Radisson Hotel Fisherman's Wharf, 250 Beach St, San Francisco, CA 94133.

Hi

I have just been online to have a look to apply for the ESTA but every website charges. I'm off to America on 13th September so could you please confirm the address of my hotel in San Francisco and let me know of a website that I can complete the form for free?

Many thanks!

Hi Jayne

You don't need to register your passport online to travel to either China or Egypt. You will need a visa for both.

Hi Sam

You should receive instructions about what you need to do regarding ESTA in your final information, which we will send you a few weeks before departure. You can only do it online but it's very simple, so nothing to worry about.

Hi olly

I am flying out for americas national parks and canyons on the 6th Sept. How come we were not told about registering with esta? i guess i just apply for it on-line?

Thanks

Sam

Just read a news story that says the US government are going to start charging $14 from 8 Sept, so if you are able to do it before then you will save a bit of cash.

It is a very simple process to do on line and it is FREE don't go via a website that wants to take money from you. You need to know the address of the 1st place you are staying. It needs to be done at least 72 hours before you go and will be valid for 2 years. You will probably still need to fill in Visa waiver form which the airline will give you.

i'll be travelling to china and egypt
Hi Jayne

If you are flying to the US you will need to register for ESTA, which doesn't take too long and means you won't need a visa. I believe Australia has a similar system too. If you can let me know where you are travelling to, I'll find out more information for you.
