YES PLEASE I need a ground floor if they do them would be good for me, I have no problem on flat walking but cant do TOO!!!! many steps, and I am under the impression there is no lift, I did request this when I first booked.

Hello Cindy, I'm sure Olly won't mind me logging into the system again under his name. I can confirm that you can have a room on the first floor of the hotel if you so wish.

I read in the booking notes that you did request a room on a low floor and so it is being taken into consideration. I am going on this tour, there is no lift in the hotel, allthough there are not that many floors, I have requested a ground floor, can you confirm this is so, as in the past I have had heart surgery.
