I took your advice and phoned customer services, in fact I phoned them 3 times and each time the advisor was very helpful and said that they would look into this and get one of the specialist sales team to give me a call back within 24 hours, however I have had no response yet 1 week later! I have also been told when calling that it was against company policy for me to speak to one of the specialist team direct, and in one instance on phoning customer servises was told 'sorry I can not deal with your query as I am too busy dealing with other queries'

I am very keen to book this holiday with Just You as I have enjoyed greatly several previous Just You holidays.

I've looked into this for you and found that it may be possible for us to help with your request. However, you will need to give our customer advisors a ring on 0800 567 7393 to discuss your requirements. They will be able to look into which flights are available and process your booking, if you find dates that suit you.

Im hoping to go on the Just You trip to NZ on February 11th 2010 and extend my stay to return at the end of March. Prior to booking I should like to know if flights are available on my prefered dates for return and if I can return via Hong Kong. I have been in touch with customer services on several occasions but am having difficulty getting an answer. I have been told that the airlines do not have this information so far in advance, however your tours advertise flight dates this far ahead and I have previously made independent return bookings from NZ this far in advance.
