As for your visa, we'll send you a pack about 10 weeks before you go away. This will contain full details of what you need to do and the application forms that you need to complete. We will then need your passport, one passport size photo and a completed visa application form for Kenya. The charge is £47.50 per person, which will be added to your invoice.

That sounds like fun but I'm afraid it isn't something that Just You will be able to arrange for you. I would suggest that you do some research and book something online or wait until you get to Mombasa and see if your tour manager knows how to go about it.
