If you can let me know your booking reference I will have a look for you - but I wouldn't worry too much about this.

Your final information will probably be with you any day now. If you haven't received it by the end of the week we can email you all the details, and because many of our flight tickets are 'e-tickets' now, you will probably only need a reference number, which we can give you over the phone.

Yes, I have a new email address which is now ***. Only two weeks to go and as yet have not received my tickets. Can you find out if these have been posted out to me yet. What happens if I don't get them in time, will the tour rep bring them for me to collect at the airport?

I'm travelling on the above tour on the 4th October and have received a message from Sue (user name Daisyanna). She has passed on her email address to me but this cannot be revealed in her message.
