We always let customers know as soon as possible if any changes have to be made to their arrangements, and especially in the case of new flight times. The last thing we want to do is inconvenience anyone, but in this case there really was no alternative.
We do know that people like to make plans - I'm just the same when I go on holiday. But while it is very tempting to take advantage of early-booker offers for car parking and hotels, there is always the risk that flight times can change, so I would recommend making arrangements as close to departure as possible.
I am sorry that the start of your trip is earlier than you expected, but I'm sure you and Rosemary and your fellow travellers will still have a wonderful trip.
