You will be flying with Air China from Heathrow Terminal 3. Remember that flights are occasionally altered for various reasons, so you might not want to book too early.

As for Travellers' Cheques, I think you will be fine with either dollars or pounds. Bear in mind, though, that we have experienced certain hotels refusing to accept Travellers Cheques with the following logos: Visa T/C’s issued by Interpayment Services Ltd; and Master Card T/C’s issued by Thomas Cook Ltd.
