In that situation we'll do everything we can to make sure your holiday does go ahead, a day or so late if necessary. If it does become necessary to cancel, we will give you a full refund or find an alternative holiday for you. So one way or another, you certainly won't lose out.

Dear Olly

What is the company policy should my holiday be delayed or cancelled due to volcanic ash? I noticed your earlier message about getting travellers home and it is very reassuring.

Don't worry Carol - we'll make sure you are well looked after.

In the event of volcanic ash grounding flights while you are away, we will make arrangements to look after you at no extra cost until we are able to get you home. We'll also find a way to get you home that doesn't involve a flight if we can. During the recent problems we made arrangements to bring people home by coach and even by cruise ship in some cases.

Hope this doesnt happen, but in the event of the ash returning while we are away, and planes grounded, what will the company do to ensure we are looked after and brought home.
