Thanks for your message. Choosing the length of a tour is a tricky decision, and there is always a balancing act to be struck between showing our customers as many sights as possible and keeping the price of the holiday attractive.

As I'm sure you know, Japan is one of the most expensive countries in the world for the visitor, and the longer the tour, the more expensive it would have to be.

You might be interested in taking the Snow Festival special departure (3rd February 2010), as this adds three nights in Sapporo to the itinerary. Let me know if I can give you any more details about this add-on.

Dare I make a criticism! I feel that some of your long-haul holidays in particular are too short. For example, thinking about next year's holiday (already), I was looking at Japan until I realised that in a so-called 8 day holiday most of 3 days is spent travelling to and from Japan.
